JSOMA /TISS Strategic Exercise

Where: UNC-Chapel Hill campus
When: Friday, March 22 from 4:00-7:30 PM, and Saturday, March 23 from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Come join in on the annual Triangle Institute for Security Studies Strategic Simulation Exercise! The exercise is a great opportunity to gain experience in policy development, learn from other students, and network with fellow security studies and international relations professionals! This year, the event will focus on relations between Europe, Russia, and the United States and the important security dynamic in Estonia. Speakers at this exercise will include the former U.S. Ambassador to Estonia, the Defense Counselor to the Estonian Embassy in Washington D.C., and faculty members from the TISS consortium universities.
The TISS Strategic Simulation Exercise is an annual event focusing on providing participants the opportunity to gain experience in implementing national security policy. Participants will work together in small groups to react to a scenario in real time, build relationships with fellow security studies and international relations professionals, and have fun!
